What is 'As of Last Update'?

Hi All,

I'm using NCM 7.3 and keep seeing data in the summary page that is confusing.  No matter what time session I choose for the configuration changes/baseline/running vs. startup charts, the only one that works is 'AS OF LAST UPDATE'. 

What does that mean, exactly?  Can I change the occurrence of said update?

For example, I just copied all the running configs to startup using a script, but the changes have not been reflected in the graphs.
