Re: upgrade to 7.3 - are we losing a poller?

Yes, you must perform the following steps:

1. Uninstall all SolarWinds software from the NCM machine.
2. Install NCM 7.2.2 from scratch on that machine.
3. In the configuration wizards, point it to the existing NCM 7.2.2 database but let it create a new Orion/Core database.
4. Open the Web UI. NCM will ask you to perform a node sync. Do it and verify that you have NCM 7.2.2 standalone running properly.
5. Upgrade to NCM 7.3.
