So let me see if I understand correctly.

If I say:

1. Vendor IS Cisco

2. AND Name IS XXX

3. OR Equipment IS NOT YYY

4. AND Name IS NOT ZZZ

In this case I will have created two "dual condition" rules? The first being 1 & 2 and second being 3 & 4?
