I finally gave up. Support kept asking me to send them entire copies of the config. I basically said you have got to be kidding. From a security standpoint what customer in their right mind is going to send a full router config to anyone outside of their company. I told them the already had copies of the relevant lines in the config and should be able to work off that. Then they started asking me to do the same test I had done for them 10 times already. I just decided it was easier to deal with displaying the entire config and go ahead and filter every thing with an ! in it. I'm all for working with them, but just a little common sense would be nice. The fact is their version of regex DOES NOT work right. I've proven it and multiple users here have proven it. Between this an idiot sales people, I'm REALLY over it.
