Very strange. The session trace looks good. A few more things to try
Option 1: Disable pagination. If there a command like in Cisco where you set the terminal width and length to 0 to disable pagination (see the default Cisco device template file), use that command to set the RESET command

Option 2: Try adding the following. I doubt this will make any difference as it is already handling the More prompt correctly

The value is 3 dashes, 1 space followed by the word More. The delay of 1 second should allow enough time for the Enter keystroke.
Option 3: Set NCM Settings > Config Settings > Config Min Length to 1 (default is 11 lines)
Option 4: Assuming the device supports a file transfer command like TFTP - Enable the TFTP server that comes with NCM (can be enabled from NCM Settings again), and use TFTP to transfer the config. You will need to set the NCM Setting "Transfer Configs" to TFTP / SCP as appropriate and NCM will use the DownloadConfigIndirect command from the device template
