Using SAM to backup a device configuration

Hello! 

I was wondering if anyone has ever explored using the SAM component templates for HTTP/HTTPS Response Time to extract a device's configuration?  I have some devices that do not have any method via SNMP or SSH to export their configuration. However they do print the configuration in a web page.  I can configure the HTTP or HTTPS component templates to browse to the correct page but it does not appear to be a way to get SAM to store the web page that is returned.  I have looked into some of the script component templates as well but they seem to built to measure whether a script is successfully completed or not, not store the output of the script and present it on the SolarWinds Website.

Anyone ran into a similar issue?
