Why would it be a design feature to not be able to see and manage all my devices from one server console? What if I didn't want NCM available through the web due to security concerns? What if I had 6 additional pollers? The difference between NCM and the other modules and NCM now behaving "consistently" is that there was no way to use SAM or IPAM without the web console, so making it behave "consistently" does nothing for me but make my tasks more frustrating (or impossible) to complete.
Yes, I have the additional poller module for NCM installed on my additional poller. The problem is not that I can't see my additional poller nodes, the problem is that I can't see ANY nodes from that Configuration Management page. They show up on the main "Config Summary" page, but all I can do with them is view their configs and can't actually manage the nodes.
