Recently we add two F5 in network and use NCM to backup their configuration. below is the version info

F5: bigip-11.2.1

NCM: 7.2.2

the ID we used to backup config from F5 is exist in NCM global account, we also use it to backup all cisco devices. In addition, all cisco and F5 are authenticated by ACS server. The ID not exist in local device. if I login F5 with ID, the CLI shows: lsh4645328@(hostname)(cfg-sync In Sync)(Active)(/Common)(tmos)#

please share you suggestions. thanks!

this is the template, but it doesn't work.
