Hey there, hopefully this is the right forum.
Ii am converting some old Basic Alerts to Advanced Alerts. We are currently using ${Notes} on the Basic Alerts to show any Notes from the Customer Properties of our Nodes. However when i try to use this in Advanced Alerts it is not populating.
I do realize that the Comments field works properly in advanced alerts, however with the character limit in place we could use it in 1/4 of the nodes we have. Thus why we are using the Notes field.
From what i could find here @ Thwack is that the ${Notes} variable is used differently in the Advanced Alerts.
So my question is - What variable can i use to grab the Notes from the monitored nodes and then show in my email alert? Or do i need to somehow make a customer variable, if so how would i do this.
