Device Configuration Comparison

Hello All,

IN NCM I know we can run some Policy reports which we could use to check whether or not a specific "config_line" or text string is present across all of our configs.

Is there a way to chose 1 config, compare it to ALL configs and see where configs are different from the 1 we are comparing against?

I apologize if that doesn't make any sense, so let my try to explain it:

I recently was tasked with ensuring our Cisco AAA configuration was the same across the board all ALL Cisco devices.

I now have a standard AAA config of how our AAA config should be (which consists of approximately 10 config lines.

Is there a way so run a "comparison" between this Standard config that I have, and every config in NCM, and have NCM give me a report detailing "missing or extra" lines on each device as compared with the config I am comparing against?

ok, maybe my explanation just confused things even more

thanks!
