NCM data in "report writer"?

Hi All,

I want to modify the "IP Addresses on each interface" report in NCM.  I can't find interface IP's in report writer - only node IP's.  I'd like to generate a .csv file, from report writer, listing the node name, the interface name, and the IP address on the interface.  It seems like a simple report, so of course I'm having trouble with it. 

I guess I could write some sql to do it?  But I'm a "network guy" not a "sql guy" - or < sql newb.
