Just open the config up in NCM. Once you see the config on your screen, copy it all and paste it into notepad.

If you want to get a copy of the config on your own machine, you'll need to run a TFTP server on your computer (Solarwinds have a free TFTP server) and then download the config from the device to your TFTP server (your local machine) using
"copy run tftp"
on the device. You can then only the downloaded file on your computer in notepad.
