Does anyone know a way to download both the running and the startup configs when a RTCD event is detected?
I have RTCD set up and working fine, but the problem is it only downloads one of the configs. We are trying to make the graph for startup vs running config mismatches as useful as possible, and when you download one and not both, the system compares mismatched files, even if the engineer remembered to save.
Rtnforwarder already downloads one of the configs, but not the other. I'd like to add an action to the RTCD alert to download the other config so we always have two closely matched configs on hand when the comparison is made.
Is there a command line to do this? Anyone know if I should be checking out the VBScript forums?
