Sierra 4G router; Config Download Aborts

Helllo,

I'm trying to download configuration from a Sierra ES440 4G router using Solarwinds NCM.

The Device Template I'm using is shown below:

<!-- edited with XML Spy v4.4 U (http://www.xmlspy.com) by () -->

<!--SolarWinds Network Management Tools-->

<!--Copyright 2005 SolarWinds.Net All rights reserved-->

<Configuration-Management Device="Sierra Wireless" SystemOID="1.3.6.1.4.1.20542">

 <Commands>

 <Command Name="MenuBased" Value="false"/>

 <Command Name="DownloadConfig" Value="AT&V${CRLF}"/>

 <Command Name="PreCommand" Value="${CRLF}"/>

 <Command Name="Version" Value="ATI1"/>

 <Command Name="Reboot" Value="ATZ${CRLF}"/>

 <Command Name="VirtualPrompt" Value="OK"/>

 </Commands>

</Configuration-Management>

The Sierra device's command line prompt is a simple "OK" but the configuration dump includes the line below

*NETOK: Network Ready

NCM starts downloading the configuration from the Sierra device but stops after the line above. I presume this is because the text contains OK.

There is no option to significantly alter the prompt on the device (the prompt is either OK or 0).

The OK prompt does include a CRLF (enter and line feed), but the VirtualPrompt command doesn't seem to support ${CRLF} or regex.

I would appreciate any suggestions on a fix/workaround for this.

Thanks
