Fortigate / Fortinet Configuration backups with NCM

Hello-

I'm running NPM 10.6.1 with NCM 7.2.2.  I am running into trouble when trying to backup Fortinet/Fortigate device configurations with a job inside of NCM.  A job with 45 Fortinet/Fortigate devices can take upwards of 5 or 6 hours to complete just trying to get the startup config off of the device.  When browsing directly to the node in NCM and clicking "backup startup config", it takes maybe 45 seconds to a minute to get the config off the device.  Why is the job taking so long, I am using the out of the box device template for the Fortinet/Fortigate devices in NCM.  The credentials are correct and so is the device profile.

Is anyone else running into issues trying to back up Fortinet/Fortigate device configurations in NCM?  This template seems to work most of the time, but not all of the time, I do have different Fortinet/Fortigate devices in my network, not just Fortigate 60D's..  Do I need to build a different device template to treat each Fortinet/Fortigate differently?  They all respond to the show full-configuration CLI command the same way, I'm not sure where the hold up is, or why it could possibly take so long to back up 45 devices.  I also have my NCM settings at download up to 10 configurations simultaneously, so they aren't sitting in queue.  The startup configuration is quite long, could this be an issue?

The device template I am using:
