The last time we ran into this issue we had to extend the timeout timer. So NCM Settings -> Config. We went up to 10 minute and also reduced the number of simultaneous downloads. At the time, the CPU on our Solarwinds server was spiking consistently. Once that was resolved, we were able to drag down the timer to 4 minutes and increase the number of simultaneous downloads.
