I discovered a similar problem after upgrading NCM.
In my instance, it was caused by the newer NCM version limiting the rights and access for my individual credentials.
To get full access to all the scripts I'd created prior to the upgrade I must log in as the Administrator account, even though my personal account has full Administrator rights.
Logout from your individual account credentials and log back in under the Administrator account and see if you discover you've regained access to all your original scripts.
