I am running NCM v7.4 and seeing this same issue still. Specifically, the pie chart claims numerous issues between startup and running configs, but when I do a comparison between the latest configs of each type, there are NO differences. I should mention that the nightly download job is downloading both configs, but is only saving the config if it has changed.
Any ideas on why the conflicts resource seems to be incorrect about config conflicts?
