I am trying to determine why my NCM install will not collect configs from a router. It is set up exactly like every other router, from what I can tell. I see in the network configuration manager, it is set to request and transfer configs use SSH1. As are all other routers.
I can even get on that server, and use Putty to SSH into the router just fine. I use my credentials, so I know that is working.
BUt when I try to gather the config manually or through a scheduled task, it says "Connection refused by a.b.c.d"
Any ideas?
