Hi everybody,
We have just bought NCM software and we are really happy with the results we are obtaining. We have been able to apply the backup configuration for Cisco, Juniper, HP, OneAccess or Alcatel, but we have having lots of problems with Teldat. We have some routers from this provider, so it would be great to have a device template for them.
We have downloaded the only one we found in the repository, but its not working properly... do you know of any other template available?
The process to get the configuration from the CLI is the following:
[user@R2D2 ~]$ telnet 192.168.8.12
Trying 192.168.8.12...
Connected to 192.168.8.12.

As you could see, when you get into the equipment the prompt is "*", but when you want to see the configuration you have to first introduce the command "config", which changes the prompt to "Config>"... And I think thats the point where Im having all the problems... Any idea of suggestion?
Kind regards,
Arnaldo
