Reports not displaying Serial numbers

Hello Everyone

I am trying to run reports in NCM and noticed that my 3850 switches and ASA are not coming up with serial number.  They get chassis ID but that has to be manually populated.   Am I supposed to add a MIB for these devices?  Is there a better way to do this?   Also was hoping there was a way to get the SN for each stack member.
