Been using NPM and NCM for a while now.  The NPM functions have been running for 8 years while NCM has been in operation for about 5.

As far as integration of the two, just for viewing configs and changes from within the NPM integrated views.

We use NPM for monitoring, statistics hx, trending, and alerts on node hardware and interface, well, everything....

We use NCM for historical and nightly config backups as well as alerting on config changes. (RTCD)  Sends me an email with current and previous config.

I too like the ability to view configs, both startup and running, without having to log onto the device.  Although I also have Network Engineer's Toolset to be able to view them immediately if I need to.

We also use the compliance reports within NCM to verify configuration compliance.

Tried to use the Config Management Change Approval but the micro-managers didn't like that documenting they had given approval for a change.  (snicker)

Integration and reporting is great.  Waiting on the day when SW has everything in an SPoG including LEM.  (wishful thinking)
