Question about NCM admin tasks requiring Win32 access

I attended today's during which NCM v7.2 was announced.  I know that the job scheduler is moving to the web UI.  However, I would like to know which NCM admin tasks will still require Win32 (RDP) access to the NCM server itself under this new version.  This is another issue that might help us decide if NCM can replace our current Network Config Management application.
