I had a couple of webex's with jeff.stewart and a technician some months ago and they collected logs and stuff. Hopefully there will be a solution for the problem with partial SNMP data in any future release of the Collector tool. For now it's not working for us. But I think it have such potential, this tool, that my company even would pay for it... if it just would work.
