NCM Policy Reporter Rule Regex

Dear  All ,

I am evaluating solar-winds NCM as a compliance manager and  I could see  policy reporter has many predefined cisco ios rules

I want to create the rules for Cisco XR  IOS  . If any one can tell me the what kind  regex has been used to create multi line rules

is it  normal perl regex or any thing else
