Re: Transfer Status stuck in NCM

You have to modify the user account you are logged under to NCM.

  1. What user am I logged in as? You can find it in the top right corner:
    Username.PNG
  2. Log in as administrator (admin) and go to Settings -> User Accounts -> Manage Accounts.
  3. Edit the account from step 1 and set the NCM Role (under Network Configuration Manager Settings) to Administrator:
