So here is a great example of SWI non-intuitiveness . Here I have details on a interface of my firewall. First thing to note is that I can no longer see any other element in my environment. I must go back by clicking on one of the small links in the upper left corner depending how far I want to go back. In PRTG I never lose focus with the rest of my environment and can easily move around from sensor to sensor all the while keeping everything in focus. Now by default SWI shows me 1h, 12h, 24h timelines but I must click on them to see that view. Ok, not bad. but if I want more I need to edit the darn thing and then submit before I can get that view. PRTG shows that information on the fly without ever having to edit and then submit something. I will also say that there is a lot of scrolling up and down to get information beyond what your screen can display.
