I have recently noticed that NCM was having issues downloading configs. I also had to add a switch that was not listed, but when I did the test it comes back "Test Failed. Unable to Log into Router : Timeout". When I looked at the output screen, it looks like it had logged in successfully (I see the hostname and #), but it looks like it tries putting the username back in and that is when it fails. We do have a Banner and are using TACACS+. Is there a way to adjust the template it uses to correct this issue? For NCM, I am running 7.2.1.
