Ok I have a brain teaser for everyone. We have many devices that sit outside our firewalls. We have assigned our Orion server Firewall NATed addresses in addition to their internal addresses. In some instances I want to be able to pull configs from these external devices using SNMP instead of SSH or telnet. I have set the NCM Request Config as SNMP and the Transfer Config as TFTP. However, when NCM sends the request for TFTP transfer it appears to be using the NCM servers internal IP address instead of it's NATed external address. THis causes the transfer to fail. Any way to make it use the external address? I don't see any where in the Device details where I can set this.
