Save config on WLC 7.3

I am having difficulties with the save config command using NCM.

I have tried the following:

<Command Name="SaveConfig" Value="save config${CRLF}y${CRLF}"/>

<Command Name="SaveConfig" Value="save config${CRLF}y"/>

But neither works.   I keep getting

Are you sure you want to save? (y/n)

Configuration Not Saved!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
