Nodes in NPM are not showing up in NCM

I added all my devices to NPM and during the process I checked the box to add them to NCM. I can see all the nodes through the NCM webconsole in Orion but I can't see them in NCM.  I thought what you have in nodes through NPM and checking the box  to add to NCM would automatically add them into  NCM. I can see all the nodes were added through the web console by going to the  NCM settings then manage nodes. But not all of the nodes are showing up in NCM.

All the nodes are managed, I doubled checked to make sure they were licensed by NCM, I synced the databases and there are enough NCM licenses to cover the nodes.

I can see the nightly jobs are completing in the Web Console because the configs show up there but in NCM I only see a handful of devices with the configs. Any suggestions?
