End of Support feature not working

I've just upgraded to NCM 7.2.2. I have a significant number of ageing HP and Juniper devices that I'd like to check for end of support etc. hence the new EOS feature is the natural place to go.

 

However, when I click on the 'refresh suggested dates' I get no suggestions.Having left it for a few days, the scheduled daily lookup is also failing.

 

I guess the server cant get to the internet?? All my SOlarwinds services are running as LocalSystem. Access from the server to the internet is via a Microsoft TMG Firewall. I've checked the firewall rulebase and it should let the server to go outbound. I've also installed the TMG firewall client on the server.

 

Any thoughts?
