Hi .. Yes the ones that are downloading are full config downloads. And the devices I want to back up and the NCM is in the same location, so any WAN connectivity issue is also ruled out.

Thank you for the suggestion. I've tried increasing the timeout response before from 4 to 10 mins but still not working. It worked when I decrease the the simultaneous download/upload as well to 5.
