Hi, i'm new to NCM. i'm trying to download running configs onHP 5500-24G-PoE+-EI switch and i get this message: Connectivity issues, discarding configuration (or configuration is too short)... . I can login manually, and do display current configuration without a problem using SSH. How do I troubleshoot this?
