I am battling devices with NCM, they randomly quit downloading configs. The best I can tell is that NCM timeout. I think this because if I do a device test it times out there and this is SSH or telnet. The funny thing is that I can SSH or telnet to the device with no issues.
I also have issues w/ inventory, it takes a bazillion years. I ran it on 10 devices and it sat for 8 days and did not move. I have only active ports, all windows section, all Cisco except for CDP turned on. This is inventorying Extreme Networks switches.
And as previously mentioned about the configs this is random on Cisco or Extreme devices.
Any suggestions?
