We use NPM and NCM in my organisation. We have thousands of devices and systems (Routers, switches, Firewalls, Servers, etc) that we are using NPM to monitor their health statuses. It is very great tools that help in maintaining that we are providing optimum services. NCM is being used to back-up all our configs, we sometimes use it to make changes to several devices at the same time by pushing scripts to it. We are in the process of using NCM in conjunction with FSM for change management process of Firewall configurations. Such a great and wonderful tool, it has been a life saver several times especially the config backups and config changes features.
