I can change the DB size to smaller or larger, but the numbers in the NCM installer do not change.

You must count the total size of ALL the DB's running on this instance not only NCM .moving SQL 2008 R2 Express or production SQL Server will help in this case so you do not have the issue further

It would appear from the error that the software seems to be blocking the install due to the fact that you are using SQL Express and is pushing you to a full SQL install/upgrade.

No need to have FULL SQL Server just SQL 2008 R2 Express edition will be fine witch does support up to 10 Gig free space . DB is not such large then 10 Gig so i am sure it will resolve the issue.

Hi, NCM doesn't support SQL Express 2014. If you don't have full SQL server, then you can use SQL Server 2008 R2 SP1 - Express Edition. Regards,Jiri
